Terms and Conditions relating to Toy Reviews

We co-ordinate video reviews on behalf of companies for marketing purposes and to enable us to co-ordinate this process effectively we request video reviews to be submitted in accordance with the timescales set out in your email communications. As a toy tester you are able to keep the goods in exchange for your video review. When you submit any video content relating to toy reviews, all copyright transfers to Buzz Internet Marketing Ltd to enable us to perform the services required for companies who employ our services.  We may use and edit the content of your video review that you submit to us for the purposes of marketing the product for the companies that employ our services. The transfer of copyright means that we can upload the video review content that you supply to our YouTube channel. To enable us to operate in accordance with this, please observe the following terms:

When you submit a video review to IzziwiziKids for consideration by email, file transfer or any other means, the copyright of the video transfers to Buzz Internet Marketing Ltd and may be distributed only with prior agreement with Buzz Internet Marketing. You may use the video within the IzziwizziKidsReviews YouTube account to embed within your own blog. Please also observe that:

• You must only submit original video content that you have created
• Do not post information in any way that makes it easy to identify you or your child.
• You must not post any video including children where you are not their legal guardian. Posting images or video indicates that you have appropriate responsibility and ownership to do so.
