Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and we endeavour to provide a reliable and first-class online shopping service. Ordering from Izziwizzi Kids

All toys sold by Izziwizzi Kids meet the essential requirements of European standards and carry the CE mark, and associated approved testing certificates. Home assembly is required for some of our larger, flat-packed items and mentioned within the relevant product description.

When ordering with us please specify your chosen address for delivery. Goods will be despatched and delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on availability. Bulky or customised orders may take longer and we will advise you accordingly. Delivery of these items is restricted to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. If you should change your mind on any selected item, please immediately call or email us. There will be no charge for order changes, provided the goods have not been despatched.

If you have a multiple order and any item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any ensuing delay likely to exceed 7 working days. We do not normally send out part-orders but will do so on request. However, such items will be subject to an additional postage and packaging fee, currently £5 per parcel for standard items.

Security and Payment

Our website is integrated with HSBC Secure ePayments and all transactions with us are conducted via secure connections. You can, therefore, enjoy peace of mind when you pay for your order using Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo and American Express. We regret we cannot accept payment by Electron. None of your details are shared with third parties without your consent.

Returns and Cancellations

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from Izziwizzi Kids. We endeavor to provide quality products and so we operate a generous 1 year returns guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original packaging, unused and in re-saleable condition for a full refund of the product cost. Please state on the item’s return slip whether you require an exchange or refund, and the reason for return.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel any orders within 7 working days of delivery. We recommend items for return or cancellation be sent to us via recorded delivery service to provide you with proof of posting. We regret we are unable to reimburse return delivery costs, but no further postage and packaging costs will be incurred for any exchanged item(s). Please package your item(s) securely and return to:
