We deliver across the UK, Northern Ireland and mainland EC countries using Royal Mail and Parcel Force Courier Services. There is a variable postage and packing dependant upon the weight of the package (under 1kg £2.95, up to 2kg £4.95, over 2kg £7.95 for UK mainland orders). We are also currently offering free delivery for orders over £45. We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days. See delivery schedule for prices and timescales for other destinations.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery service for all our stocked items is 3-5 days from order confirmation. We dispatch our goods via using Royal Mail standard service for consignments below 2 kilos and Parcel Force Courier Service for consignments above 2 Kilos. Postage and packing is charged at a variable rate dependant upon the weight of the package from £2.95, with free delivery for orders over £64. Express Delivery
We provide an express delivery service for items required within 1-2 working days to UK mainland addresses. This is a beneficial service for forgotten birthdays or special surprise events. The option for express delivery can be selected at the checkout. There is a minimum charge of £9 for this service.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
Our carefully selected products, made by reliable manufacturers, are despatched by dependable carriers. When accepting delivery of goods, you are responsible for checking for any damage in transit.
In the event of damaged/faulty items, please email us at customerservice@izziwizzikids.co.uk for advice on return and replacement. We will reimburse return delivery costs for items damaged in transit. In the case of returned goods deemed to be faulty, following their examination and fault verification by the manufacturer, we will be happy to issue a repair, replacement or refund. Items unverified as faulty will be returned to the original purchaser, who is liable for postage and packaging charges.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and with all documentation. Please package any item securely and enclose the return slip stating reason for return. We recommend you use the recorded delivery service to provide you with proof of return for goods, to be sent to:
