Toy reviewing is a really fun thing to do with your kids and can open your world up to some really imaginative products. It also gives you the opportunity to have your say and gives you content ideas for your blog.
Every week on Play Fest we team up with companies and ask for those who come along to Play Fest to put themselves forward to do toy reviews on particular products.
What is a Toyologist?
An Izziwizzi Kids toyologist is a mum or dad who is happy to try toys out with their kids, give an honest review by video and help to spread the word through Twitter and Facebook. Toyologists are also willing to answer questions about particular products.
Are you up for the challenge?
There are a few things you need to ask yourself if you would like to put yourself forward to be a Toyologist for Izziwizzi Kids and we ask that you are prepared to do a few things:
a) You register using the form below. You only need to do this once. We need to collect certain information about you so that we can send out products to you. We also share your address and sometimes telephone information with 3rd party companies purely for the purposes of ensuring that you receive your products to review.
b) You reply to tweets and Facebook status updates during Play Fest if you would like to be considered for a particular product review.
c) That you are happy to supply your product review by video.
d) That you are happy to work to timescales to provide your reviews back on time.
c) You tell us if you move or if any of your contact details change.
We appreciate that the world of being a mum or a dad is very busy, so adding being a Toyologist to the equation isn’t for everyone. We would love to hear from you if you are not camera shy, you are good at deadlines and keen to give it a go. We are particularly keen to get you on board if you write your own blog.
Whilst we don’t pay for reviews, the good thing about being a Toyologist is that you get to try out and then keep the products. If you have a blog, then it gives you great content ideas. When we have received a few good video reviews back from you, then we can develop an ongoing relationship and you will find more products coming your way.
Our objective is to work with a number of reliable Toyologists in our mission of “Changing the World of Toys and Play…Together”.
