My 7 yr old daughter loves the Mosaic Masterpieces! Completely up her street as loves arts and crafts, she just keeps saying “this is fun!”, it’s just fiddly enough to keep her interested but not too tricky to be frustrating. Huge plus point is absolutely no adult help, supervision or explanation appears to be required – she just got straight on with it. No mess either so she can do it wherever she wants in the house!Another plus point is the results match the pictures on the box – we have had lots of disappointment in the past from misleading craft kits where the results on the box are not acheivable with the materials provided!I would definitely buy for her friends (and her if there are further designs available!)

We loved this. My 6 year old and 4 year old couldn’t wait to get the box open and get started. It was simple enough for my 6 year old to do it without any assistance. The 4 year old needed a little help but once he got started he really concentrated on it (he has a short attention span!) and it helped him recognise numbers.

It was a little bit fiddly for me at times, but for them and their dainty fingers it was no problem. We love doing craft but I’m not so keen on mess so this was perfect.

I did struggle at first to see which picture was which but we soon worked it out helped by the pictures on the box and on the instructions included.

They loved seeing their pictures take shape and were very proud of their work, rushing off to show their grandparents as soon as they finished.

I would definitely buy these and my two want some more, especially if there are different designs.

Upon bringing out Mosaic Masterpieces in our home as a surprise activity for my daughter (nearly 5), we had no idea that we would also be heavily engrossed in wanting to create the masterpieces ourselves!

Once my husband and I managed to pry ourselves away from the set, we could see that our little one had much fun in sticking the foam tiles down and creating her picture a little at a time. She had fun guessing what it might be and was very patient and concentrated so much throughout that we’ve never seen her so quiet! She was thrilled to bits when her DOLPHIN was created and the next day she went upstairs to create another one all by herself.

This is a great way of teaching children to be very patient and to concentrate whilst doing something so bright and colourful that the end result leaves them beaming and chuffed to bits!

My full review is on my blog but I think you can see for only £4.99 this is a fabulous creative way to keep the kids busy and I will certainly be getting the larger one to hide away to *surprise* her again when she has finished this set!!!
