I am a young baby and I have very different needs to older babies. I like sensory toys and objects with bright colours. Soft toys are nice to touch. From a very young age, I like you to talk to me.
As I approach six months, I have better hand-eye co-ordination. I am starting basic manipulation of toys through touch and shaking - rattles are ideal. I am also starting to enjoy dropping objects, so my toys need to be robust! Books with colourful and bright pictures are great.
