Hi Lou
Thanks for your suggestion. It’s a great idea to get outside and let off steam too.

We like to make our own christmas cards from things we have collected outside and painted such a leaves and berries.
we have been enjoying colouring pictures from christmas based colouring books
Our favourite christmas activity is really easy and simple.
You get some white paint and some black paper. Using the white paint, make finger print “snowflakes” all over the paper. Once it dries, stick a picture of your child/pet/family in the centre, cut it into a snowflake shape and laminate it. Punch a hole at the top and loop a short length of ribbon through it to make a lovely, personal tree decoration.

I showed my 2 year old how to make an angel from an empty toilet roll… and now she picks them up everywhere (including nursery, who were a bit puzzled) and we have an army of them on the mantlepiece!
